What types of braids do you offer?
We offer a wide range of protective styles: knotless braids, box braids, cornrows, Senegalese twists, goddess braids, lemonade braids, faux locs, and more. Browse our services page for the full list.
How long does an appointment typically take?
Appointment duration varies by style: cornrows take 2–4 hours, box braids and knotless braids take 4–7 hours, and more elaborate styles can take up to 8 hours. The estimated time is shown on each service card.
Do I need to bring my own hair?
You are welcome to bring your own hair extensions. We also have quality extensions available in the salon. Please let us know your preference in the notes field when booking.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance to secure your preferred date and stylist, especially for weekends. Same-week slots are sometimes available — check the calendar.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. See our full cancellation policy for details.
Is the salon open on Sundays?
No, the salon is closed on Sundays. We are open Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Public holidays may affect our schedule — feel free to contact us to confirm.
